  • Can I request only the design and handle production separately?

    Yes, you can receive the design files and proceed with production yourself, or we can handle both design and production for you.

  • How many design concepts do you provide?

    We provide 2–3 basic design concepts. If you need additional concepts, we can discuss and proceed accordingly.

  • How many design revisions are included?

    Up to 2–3 revisions are included free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Is small quantity production (e.g., less than 50 units) possible?

    Minimum order quantities vary by item, but some items can be produced in small quantities. Please contact us for details.

  • How long is the production lead time?

    Depending on the item, quantity, and design complexity, it usually takes about 2–4 weeks after the design is finalized.

  • How is the estimate calculated?

    The estimate is based on design complexity, number of concepts, item type, and quantity. We provide a detailed quote after the initial consultation.

  • Who owns the copyright to the completed design?

    Usage rights belong to the client, and the scope of commercial or secondary use is specified in the contract.
